HR Florida State Council is preparing for our annual conference in August 2022 at the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando. As one of the largest human resources conferences attracting over 1,500 HR professionals and vendors throughout the state and across the globe, attendees represent virtually every industry and size of business. As part of the preparation, the Call for Presentations is officially open!
The #HRFL22 Call for Presentations is your opportunity to submit your proposal to be considered for a learning session. This annual conference provides an outstanding opportunity for speakers to increase their visibility and establish valuable contacts with a targeted HR audience. We are looking for timely, solution-driven content relevant for human resources professionals in all types of industries.

Following are tips to help you submit your proposal.
- Visit hrfloridaconference.org and select the Speakers tab for details on the submission process.
- Review HRCI and SHRM BoCK. Submissions must meet criteria for recertification credits from both organizations. Business credits are strongly encouraged.
- Determine which Educational Track best fits your presentation topic. Presentations are needed for Pre-conference and Masters Sessions as well as concurrent sessions.
- Complete the abstract submission form by February 15, 2022.
